There was a Dutch customer who, in the context of economic downturn, discussed with me to change the packaging to create a luxury perfume shopping station in order to increase sales.
He provided a product picture and asked us to do 3D design, then open the mold, and then produce samples. Of course, no problem. After full communication, we started working. Three days later, the 3D design was produced. He was very satisfied with the design, which was exactly the effect he wanted, and he proposed to use diamonds to decorate each concave surface, which was very shiny and stood out from the crowd of packages.
Soon, 12 days after he paid the mold fee, he got the sample. "Wow, this is exactly what I want. Thank you so much"
The customer said that what touched him most was my service attitude, tolerance and attentiveness. I always cooperated with him and provided him with suggestions.
Soon, his 3,000 pieces were produced and delivered to his home smoothly. He only paid and I provided all the services. He didn't need to worry about transportation until he got the product safely.
We kept in touch. At the beginning of this year, he asked me for a few more perfume bottles. Because he needed them urgently, I provided him with some factory information, and they were in stock. The customer was very grateful. He said that because of a business, he gained a good friendship.
