Customizable
The first customer of liquor bottle caps that 2024 cooperated with was from Italy, a local winery that mainly produces gin rum and grappas. The story begins with a design drawing provided by the customer. The drawing is relatively clear, and it is a spiral structure with a cork.
The customer's focus has always been on price. He also made it clear that the economy is in a downturn, but he needs to improve the packaging method to increase sales and profits. After understanding his needs, we negotiated 2 sets of solutions. One is plastic material, then spray-painted, obviously the quality does not meet the requirements, and the other is zinc alloy material, electroplated to gold and silver. Q1: How can I get samples ?
A: We can offer free stock sample for you to check quality. However the freight cost is on your side.And if customized sample can be provided at some cost in 7-10 days.
Q2: How long is your production time ?
A: Normally it takes about 20-45 working days for mass production based on quantity bigger than 30,000 pcs.But for products in ready stock, we can arrange shipping in short time like a week
Q3: Can you print the logo/ lables as our own design ?
A: Yes, it is surely no problem. frosting, screen printing, decal, hot stamping, engraved etc. are available. We also can help
Q4: How to start a custom project with your company?
A:Please send us your design drawings (we also can create drawing for you) or original samples so that we can offer a quotation. If all details are confirmed, we will arrange the sample making once received your deposit.
Q5: What we need to do if there is some damage to the cargo?
A: Any quality problem about our bottles please contact us within 15 days after you get the goods.Take photos firstly and send the photos to us for confirmation.When we confirm the problem,we will send you replacement in the next order.You also can call your local express company to pick up the goods from our warehouse !
Q6 About quality control
A: We have the profesional QC dept make the tests before making bulk production.And we will also select and examin the quality of bottles one by one before packaging.
Q7: What is your MOQ?
A: Normally our MOQ is based on the products. For products we have in stock, any quantity is ok. However for customized products,MOQ is 10,000-50,000.
Q8: How do I get the price of the product?
A: Please tell us the model NO , size ,tube length ,color and quantity of the product you like. Please send your detailed delivery information to our and provide a detailed address, and we will check the cheapest shipping cost for you.
